Three paths, and you can combine them. The fastest one never touches your machine. None takes more than a minute.

Path A installs nothing: connect the GitHub App to your repository and every push feeds your map on its own. Path B is one MCP URL pasted into Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Claude Desktop or VS Code. Path C is the ChangeBook editor extension, which can also import the history of a local repository that is not on GitHub.
